Rates and discount
Set prices here, not in Billy. The rates and discount below value the hours on the client page and in the budget, and make up the invoice basis further down. Billy only gets the lines from the invoice basis. Whole amounts per hour, ex. VAT. The standard column is the 2026 rate card.
Applies to every role. On the invoice it's a percentage discount on each line, so the client sees the full rate and the discount.
New rates and discount apply to hours from this date. Hours before it keep the current prices. Use it for the yearly rate adjustment or a renegotiated discount.
